Updated Shipping Policy

For U.S. Shipping:
  • Free domestic economy shipping (US) for orders $35 and over.
  • Order Processing Time: 2-5 business days. We strive to ship your order as soon as possible.
  • Once shipped, time in transit will depend on delivery location and carrier service (currently on average 2-5 business days for economy, 1-2 business days for express). Please note that this may be impacted by holidays or other events. We ship from New Jersey.
  • Tracking will be provided for all orders. You may track your order on your order status page.
  • We are not responsible for any shipping delays that are beyond our control (carrier operations, holiday volume, severe weather, etc.).

 

For International Shipping:

  • Please allow up to 4 days handling time for international orders. 
  • Rates and shipping speed will depend by country. International shipping options will be shown during checkout. Please check the shipping fees and select your desired shipping carrier during checkout.
  • The shipping fee covers only the transportation costs charged by shipping carriers, and does not include any duty or taxes. We are NOT responsible for any additional duty fees or import taxes that may be required for delivery. Please check this import duty calculator for an estimate for any potential duties.
  • If a package is returned due to unpaid duties or import taxes, the customer can either pay the shipping costs to resend the package, or request a refund for 90% of the order value excluding shipping costs. This 10% restocking fee reflects the fact that international orders are generally more complex and take extra time to fulfill.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable.

Additional information for shipping to Canada:

  • UPS Standard is the international equivalent of UPS Ground, and is often the cheapest listed UPS option. However, please note that UPS Standard may require an additional import brokerage fee in additional to the import duties and taxes, all due on delivery. This brokerage fee is listed on this UPS chart, and only applies when importing via ground entry.
  • Note that UPS air shipping options already have this broker service included in the shipping cost.
