Return and Refund Policy

In general, we do not accept returns for used items due to the consumable nature of the products. For fountain pens, please refer to the next clause.
Special Note on fountain pens: We understand that each fountain pen has a different feel and sometimes the nib just doesn't suit you. However, once the ink has run through the pen, it will make the pen much harder to sell so we will consider the pen used and thus not eligible for returns. Therefore, to test the pens, please only dip the nib with a little bit of ink and write gently on a piece of paper. Pens only tested in this way will be eligible for returns.
If you would like to return an unused product, please contact us at returns@desk-gems.com within 7 business days of reception of the package and we will provide you with a RMA number. Returns are not accepted without a RMA number. After we receive the item, we will refund you through the original payment method (minus the shipping cost).
