About Tobimatsu Shoichiro

Tobimatsu Shoichiro is a Japanese illustrator from Miyazaki Prefecture, currently based in Nagoya. A self-taught artist, he is known for his soft lines, gentle colors, and whimsical hand-drawn illustrations inspired by little ideas and imaginative moments from everyday life. Staying true to analog techniques throughout his career, his charming work often features animals, food, cafés, and delightfully unexpected scenes, bringing a warm sense of humor and curiosity to the ordinary.
